Without Kids Going to the Grocery is Like a Massage

I love my kids, but sometimes going to places, like the grocery store, can be a challenge!  There are moments when one child will be running down the aisles, while the other one will be throwing things in my cart, or repeatedly saying, “Can I have that Mom?  Please!  Can I have that Mom! Please!  Please!”

Supermarket Kids

I am usually the Mom you can hear saying, “Shhhh…shh…please just be quiet and you might get a treat.  Okay, just get the treat if you promise to be quiet.”

When I go to the store alone the experience is so different.  I am relaxed, I can take my time, and I almost have a zen like spa experience.

If you are a parent, caregiver, teacher, guardian, I am sure you can relate!

Who knew grocery shopping would be so relaxing without kids?

The Sleep Deprived Parent

Wake Up....wake up...wake up
