When Ebay Can Cancel Your Listing – Vintage Hubley Derringer Cap Toy Gun
Recently, I had a very old and cool Vintage Hubley Derringer Cap Gun. It is a miniature toy that has been played with, but still made a very cool collectible memorabilia. 
Unfortunately Ebay took the listing of their site because they felt that the toy was a replica gun. I received an email that said: “Due to numerous laws restricting the sale of weapons, listings of firearms aren’t allowed on eBay. There are also restrictions regarding the sale of replica firearms.”
Sometimes Ebay decides a listed item is not suitable for sale. They can cancel the listing without notifying a seller.
