Sales Policy

We want you to enjoy shopping with us. We strive to sell great things at excellent prices. We cannot be as liberal on our return policies as a department store. Our prices are way below retail and we only carry a few pieces of each item.

Please look at all the pictures before bidding or buying.  Most of my inventory is used, unless otherwise specified.  The used items, although they look good, do not have a brand new look to them.  Some wear maybe seen in the pictures that I have not put into words in the written description because they are depicted in the images.

We ask that you read our sales policy below and ask any questions before bidding.

A few of our Ebay listings have a return option when stated, but otherwise All Sales are final

NOTE: We strive our best to describe the items we sell to its fullest. We are a boutique business and do not have the budget for a liberal sales return policy like bigger businesses.   We offer refunds only if we have made a gross error in the description.

Please contact us before purchasing or bidding on any items so any questions will be answered.

For Ebayers, feedback will be given after we receive feedback from buyers.

  • For domestic shipping we have a confirmation number that is included with shipped items and will serve as the proof of receipt. We will not refund any items after 3 days.
  • Sales are final if the item does not fit, but the correct measurements are given in the description. Please read the measurements before bidding.
  • Sales are final if the item is lost, damaged, or stolen, but you did not purchase insurance. We include a tracking number on our domestic packages, but insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For international buyers- lost, damaged, and stolen packages are the responsibility of the buyer.  We are not responsible for your country’s duties or fees.  Sometimes customs may hold a package.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow up with their local customs office and post office.   For extra assurance international buyers may opt to pay extra for registered mail.

Return Policy

We do not offer a return on any items unless a gross error in the description was committed on our part.

If there is an error in the description, for a refund to be granted:

  • Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt regarding the complaint.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition. For new items, the tags must be attached. If an item is returned to us damaged or worn, we will not offer a refund.
  • Please keep original mailed packaging and mail it back with the item/s
  • Shipping charges are not included with the refund.


  • For payments we prefer Paypal. We offer combined discount shipping for items which end within 2 days. We do not accept checks but do accept money orders. We will respond to feedback given by buyers.

For Paypal e-checks we wait until the payment clears. This usually takes about 5-7 business days. Once the payment clears and the funds are in our Paypal account we will then mail you your item immediately.

  1. I am interested in the designer buttons you had posted tonight. It seemed I missed them and they didn’t sell. I would like to offer $8.00 for them if you are still interested in selling them. Thanks so much for the consideration of this offer. My granddaughter is starting a collection of designer buttons. Thank you again and i will pay through paypal immediately.
